My friends and I stayed at the lovely Aqua 20 for 2.5 weeks. No regrets. Furthermore, It was a stone throw away from our... school (ECU), Perfect! The house is neat and tidy, fully equipped too! We will definitely recommend to others this wonderful place. We would like to thank Kim as she has been exceptionally patient with us, and helping us by recommending a great Car Hire service too. Perth has been great, we will be back!.

Five out of five! As I work away on a fly in fly out basis, I needed somewhere that felt like my own personal sanctuary and most importantly a home away from home, from the moment I saw Quinns Rocks Beach stay I knew it was the right place for me - everything was perfect! Kim is amazing and nothing is ever too much trouble, I highly recommend this place for either a quick get away from the hustle and bustle or long term for work, study or play! I will truly miss my home away from home! Thanks heaps Kim!.

Five out of five! Our visiting family from Victoria found the house perfect as the design was single storey with an open plan and a very spacious layout which was particularly convenient for a family member who was in a wheelchair. The modern kitchen was well stocked, the heating was excellent for the chilly nights, there were plenty of towels, a great secure back lawn area for the kids to enjoy as well as a great BBQ area. Unfortunately the weather wasn't ideal to use the actual pool but they did relax in the winter sunshine on the pool lounges! There was a nearby park and playground only a brief easy walk away which the kids loved. Kim was very responsive to our many questions seeing we had a few special requirements and we would not hesitate to book this house again for our family's next visit.

Five out of five! The house was perfect for my large family, the layout of the house meant that even though there was a big group we could all have our own space. There was a huge open plan living area including a small sitting area, sunken lounge with pool table, kitchen and dining which meant people could be doing their own thing whilst still being together. There was also the main lounge room which can be closed off so that noise isn't disrupting, plus another smaller lounge room upstairs as a kind of retreat. If that's not enough there was also the pool and the beach not far away! I really felt it was perfect for my husband and I, my parents and my four little brothers without us all feeling like we were stepping on each other's toes. There was a park at the bottom of the street, a convenience store with everything you need in the estate and a train station to the city not too far either. Kim was fantastic to deal with, we came over to Perth on short notice and she accommodated us with all the flexibility we needed and always replied to my emails straight away. I'd recommend this house to anyone.

Just back to Scotland and back into a routine, just wanted to send you our review...We were filming 'Wanted Down Under' BBC programme and were amazed when we arrived at Mindarie Marina property provided by Simply Heaven, this had by far exceeded our expectations of the property we would have been staying in whilst filming. The property was a 2 storey 4 bedroom 2 bathroom, suited our family of 5 perfectly. The property was really modern and clean and the welcome pack provided was such a kind gesture, allowed us to settle in before having to look for shops etc. Really close to Marina, we walked down for a few wines also close to shopping centre and main roads. I would definitely recommend Simply Heaven as the next week week we used another agent staying in a property much more expensive and there was no comparison Simply Heaven will be our first choice on our return.
