Do we have to bring our own linen and towels?

All of our properties are fully furnished and have linen, towels and beach towels for your use

Do your properties have Wi Fi?

Yes, all of our properties have Wi Fi. The details to connect to the internet will be in the property for you.

Do you supply a welcome pack?

Yes, all the homes have a welcome pack ready for your arrival. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits

Are any of your properties pet friendly?

We do have one property that will accept an outside dog. Please contact us for details.

How do we obtain our keys?

Before your arrival, we will make contact with you and give you the code to the key lock to obtain your keys. These are very handy to use also while you are staying. If you are going to the beach and don't want to take the keys with you they can be left in there until you come back from your day out

What are the check in times?

Check in times are 2 pm and onwards and departure times are 10 am or before

We want to hire a car can you help with this?

We do not hire cars out but we can highly recommend Mindarie Car Hire. Please contact us for their contact details.

Do we have to clean the property before leaving?

We ask that all the properties are left neat and tidy. Our housekeepers come in after you leave and prepare the property for the next guests. Extra cleaning charges may apply if the home is not left in a similar condition as when you arrived.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a strict no refund policy.
