Hillarys Boat Harbour
Located approximately 24 kms north of Perth Hillarys Boat Harbour is a pleasant way to spend a day with the family. With its array of restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops there is plenty to keep the adults busy and the children will love The Great Escape which has water slides, rock climbing, trampolines, wacky golf and there are also some novelty rides.
AQWA

Wanneroo Botanic Gardens Mini Golf
Located just 30 minutes North of the Perth CBD is the magical Wanneroo Botanic Gardens. Get outside and get the kids excited! Whiteman Park
Located in Whiteman which is approximately 25km north of Perth is a great place for the whole family. You can book a tour or go and explore on you on, there is plenty to see and do. Revolutions Museum, ride a train, visit the Tractor Museum, and check out the craft shops . While here don't forget to visit Caversham Wild Life Park where you can hand feed kangaroos, ride a camel, meet a wombat and get up close to a Koala (but no touching). Swan Valley Wine Region
Swan Valley is home to over 100 places to wine and dine and is only 25 km north of Perth. There are many tour that you can book to enjoy this area or you can explore on your own. From wine to cheese tasting, craft and art shops there is plenty to do and while here make sure you pop into the Margaret River Chocolate Factory, definitely a favourite with the children. Nearby is the town of Guildford first settled in 1829 has a lovely quaint feel and you can walk one of the heritage walks to get a feel of the architectural dating back over 100 years.
Perth Zoo
Set on 40 acres in South Perth the Zoo makes for a lovely day out. There are over 168 difference species and the gardens are amazing very lush and shady, which makes it also such a lovely place for a picnic after exploring with the children.
