Five out of five! The house was perfect for my large family, the layout of the house meant that even though there was a big group we could all have our own space. There was a huge open plan living area including a small sitting area, sunken lounge with pool table, kitchen and dining which meant people could be doing their own thing whilst still being together. There was also the main lounge room which can be closed off so that noise isn't disrupting, plus another smaller lounge room upstairs as a kind of retreat. If that's not enough there was also the pool and the beach not far away! I really felt it was perfect for my husband and I, my parents and my four little brothers without us all feeling like we were stepping on each other's toes. There was a park at the bottom of the street, a convenience store with everything you need in the estate and a train station to the city not too far either. Kim was fantastic to deal with, we came over to Perth on short notice and she accommodated us with all the flexibility we needed and always replied to my emails straight away. I'd recommend this house to anyone.
