Do we have to bring our own linen and towels?

Our properties are fully furnished and have linen, towels and beach towels.

Do your properties have Wi-Fi?

Yes, all of our properties have Wi-Fi. The details for connecting to the internet will be available in your welcome pack.

Do you supply a welcome pack?

Yes, all the homes have a welcome pack ready for your arrival. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits.

Are any of your properties pet friendly?

We do have one property that will accept an outside dog. Please get in touch with us for details.

How do we obtain our keys?

Before your arrival, we will contact you and give you the code to the key lock so you can obtain your keys. These are very handy to use also while you are staying. If you are going to the beach and don’t want to take the keys with you, they can be left in there until you come back from your day out

What are the check in times?

Check in times are 2 pm and onwards and departure times are 10 am or before.

We do not hire cars, but we can highly recommend Mindarie Car Hire. Please get in touch with us for details.

Do we have to clean the property before leaving?

We ask that all the properties be left neat. Our housekeepers arrive after you leave and prepare the property for the next guests. Extra cleaning charges may apply if the home is not in a similar condition as when you arrived.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a strict no-refund policy.
