Rates are
From 1st February to 30th April $3000 per week
From 1st May to 31st August $500 per night minimum stay 3 nights
From 1st September to 30th November $2000 per week
Please note that there is also an exit cleaning fee charged of $150 per stay and a security bond of $1000.00 is required
