 Ground floor.
The living area features a 65-inch wall-mounted smart TV with a sound bar, a Powered Recliner Sofa, and armchairs with powered headrests, lumber, and a reclining mechanism. USB charging ports, a foldout compartment with overhead reading lights, and an electrical power bank for all your tech accessories. LED strip lighting and cupholders complete the cinematic experience.

The kitchen has an American fridge/freezer, a large oven, an electric 5-burner ceramic glass induction hob, a flatbed microwave, and a dishwasher.

The dining area includes a table with six chairs. The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, and sink.
The alfresco outdoor area has a breakfast table, a comfy 5-seat lounge, two reclining sun lounges, and BBQ facilities. It is ideal for enjoying your coffee out in the alfresco.

Main bedroom upstairs with balcony and King size double bed with individual electric reclining functions, bedside tables and reading lights, reading chair, En suite with large freestanding bath, double shower with seat, his and hers double vanity. Ample built-in sliding mirror robes. 43in smart TV, the Main bedroom also has a wet bar with a sink, fridge, and Nespresso coffee maker with complimentary Nespresso pods to enjoy your morning coffee in bed or out on the balcony.
Guest bedroom downstairs with front patio area for you to enjoy your morning coffee out on the front patio, Queen double bed with bedside tables, reading chair, 43in smart TV, jack & Jill en suite and built-in sliding mirror robes. This bedroom also has a wet bar with a sink, fridge,
Upstairs to the rear are two double bedrooms with two single beds in each and built-in sliding mirror robes.
Upstairs off the landing is a second sitting area with a study desk & chair, sofa bed, and 50in smart TV. Adjacent to this is the upstairs bathroom.

The complimentary starter pack is included.

A hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are included. All bed and bath linen, plus beach towels, are supplied. We can also provide a porta cot, highchair, and stroller if required.

Moreover, just 200 meters from the sandy beach with breathtaking views out across the Indian Ocean is the “Beach House Restaurant”. Which is open early for that morning coffee after your morning walk along the beach and late for that romantic dinner for two, where you can settle in and watch the sunset over the ocean as waves roll in and let the hours slip away.

Go bushwalking on the Caves Walk Trail, Cabaret Cave Trail and the Cockatoo Walk Trail circuit. Explore WA’s newest treetop, Trees Adventure Park. Take a Segway ride through a trail.
